Fluidized-Bed Crystallizer ( FBC ) Treatment Technoloy

Introduction

FBC technology utilizes 0.2~0.5 mm diameter silicon sands as seeds to promote the crystallization of treated ions. In the FBC reactor, wastewater and chemicals flow upwards from the bottom and reflux system is also required to control the saturation of water and the hydraulic upflow rate. During this operation, crystalline matters from treated ions are generated on the sand carriers. When the diameter of crystalline granule is 1~2 mm, the granules are discharged and then be disposed or reused.
